The China–Indonesia Industry Cooperation Research Center (CIICRC) was founded to connect Indonesia, China and Australia, and to help businesses and entrepreneurial families navigate the opportunities of the Asia-Pacific century.
Our primary focus is to support Chinese companies and entrepreneurs exploring investment and business establishment in Indonesia. Through market information, industry research, local connections and business introductions, we help them better understand the operating environment, identify relevant opportunities and connect with potential partners.

Steven Wong is a businessman of Chinese heritage from Indonesia, now based in Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston and an MBA in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
An established businessman and investor, Mr Wong has built his business experience in Australian real estate and financial investment. His background across Indonesia and Australia, together with his Chinese heritage and international education, informs the Center’s approach to cross-border cooperation.
He founded CIICRC with a clear purpose: to strengthen connections between Indonesia, China and Australia, help Chinese businesses explore Indonesia with greater understanding, and create a bridge between business growth in Asia and family and wealth planning in Australia.
